I place an order with them, they never called back to say we received an order. I actually had to follow up two day later if they did receive it. After two days they sent me a quotation and i went to the bank and paid, they never sent an email or call to acknowledge receiving payment. Again i had to call again and ask if they received it. Still they they dont communicate to tell me which books they have in stock, i constantly have to call them. I get referred from one person to another. I am so frustrated, Mindmatters educational book store have the worst service i have ever received in my entire life.
First time i called in the consultant told me he will send me a quotation but he is "busy with some staff he was doing last night", he actually said that and i took it light. Second time i called to ask another consultant when can they deliver my books and he told me "he doesnt know" but he works for them.
I wouldnt recomment anyone to order books with this people they drag and are unprofessional. They are not in touch with thei customers and i regret ever working with them. I just want my books deadlines for assignments are not waiting for me.
