Called the store a few days later, spoken to Heidi, gave her the names of the books and awaited for confirmation on availability of the books - NO response
Called the store again and spoke to Ziyanda. She confirmed availability of 3 of the 4 books requested and forwarded me a quote, I responded and asked her to order the books, and paid a 50% immediately, confirmation W0400000027336. Asked her to get the 4th book also when possible
Dead silence after this, followed up with Emilio, did not know of any books ordered, I had to mail him again the booklist, NO response
Still awaiting response from Emilio, I followed up now with Alain, promised to get back to me... no response as promised. HOW MANY MORE PEOPLE CAN I SPOKE TO IN THAT STORE? TOO MANY STAFF AND THEY STILL NOT KNOWING WHAT IS GOING ON IN THEIR OWN SHOP...!!!
