Yes I agree Intec college is very unprofessional, I registered with Intec in Dec 2012 after giving me the run around for documents and forms and several amounts of emails and calls my registration was finally finalised late Jan 2013 I also receive a cell part of the package, I then realised that the information provided to me by INTEC WAS INCORRECT AND THE COURSE would take me 2 years to complete and not a few months as expected I requested a cancellation and I was told that I couldn't cancel unless i found someone to take over the payments and course I was further advised that i could transfer the course to a short course i then did so but I was liable to pay for the cellphone which was suppose to be free... couldn't they take it back? no intec refused and at this stage after months i couldn't't afford to pay a high instalment for this account after sending intec affidavits and proof of this they still refused to bring down my instalment for the new transfer! I recently also called in 3 times and was put from one department to another requesting an URGENT letter 5 days ago stating I have only one account with them and still no feedback to this day! HOW UNPROFESSIONAL
