Not Impressed: LAMEEZ from complaints dept intec college phoned on 12/03/2013 just to say my cancellation will be addressed on the 15/03/2013 Friday and then on 1503/2013 phoned to say that they couldn't address it and it will be addressed on Monday 18/03/2013 before 12:00pm and she will call me back before12pm on Monday to confirm and i'm still waiting... gone Tuesday 1:37pm. I WANT MY DOCUMENTS FOR CANCELLATION FINALISED AND MY REFUND NOW!!! IF YOU GUYS WANT TO BE A TRUSTED INSTITUTE AT LEAST HELP SOLVE A COMPLAINT AS GOOD AND FAST WHEN YOU GUYS DO AN APPLICATION!!!
