Aug'11 Deone Pretorius ID900425018984 Student Nr10011367481 Cell 0832613097 applied to study NQF L 5 ECD @ Intec Was told to make dep R1965, a special fee then, said they'll keep it till she gives proof of credits or Certificate for NQF L 4. She was busy with other studies, changed her mind, required cancellation and refund of dep.
Jul 17 '12 this request was sent by e-mail.
Jul 18 Liezel Brooks replied request was received and sent through to Registrations Dept.
Jul 31 enquiry made again as there was no feedback from Intec.
Aug 1 requested ID Number which was mailed back to Intec immediately.
Aug 2 Lillian Makhoro notified refund request in process, takes up to 90 days.
Oct 8 enquiry made to follow up.
Oct 9 notified according to system refund been signed and sent through to Finance Dept. for allocation and processing.
Dec telephonic enquiry was made, was told amt R1965 ready for refund any day soon. Since then nothing refunded. Enquiries made since Jan 2013 every month up to now. Feedback exactly the same every call and no refund made up to date. Spoke to Miche, Tarryn, Ashton. Was told Melvyn deals with refunds (finances). Would phone me back and nobody di
