My son enrolled with Intec in 2013. In May of that year we discovered that their Student Adviser has in fact "advised" him to take the incorrect course. It was an advanced course instead of an introductory course. It took me a month and three trips to their Cape Town offices to get it sorted out. Then my second nightmare started. As we changed courses, a refund of R3951 was due to us. On 6 September I sent all the relative documents to them and have been waiting and waiting... Since last week I have been on the phone every dag for up to an hour. Then on Friday I finally got to a very helpful lady by the name of Verna in Collections Dept, Cape Town. She put me in touch with Nadiemah Parker, a Complaints Resolution Officer. Nadiemah must be the most efficient, friendly and helpful person in the whole of Intec. She phoned me on a daily basis and kept me informed of the progress regarding the refund. About 20 minutes ago she sent me proof of payment - for the full amount due to me. Thank you so much, Nadiemah. You really are an asset to your Company and a lot of people in Intec College can learn from you!!
