I have registered with Intec college for my son to study and paid the full course cash, in that my son could not handle the studies and had asthma attacks due to the stress and pressure, i had to cancel with them which I did 01.07.2013 requesting part refund as I paid cash for the full year, to date Intec is giving me the run arounds and just not returning messages. Tyrone Booysen is assisting with the cancellation and to my surprise a board has to decide on a cancellation how pathetic that sounds, I paid cash what decision is there to make. Intec's name is rotten not only in South Africa but the whole world as I did my research. The money I had to pay for books, test fees, transport for venues that are out of the way etc, they just take money from people and do not know how to respond to their requests. Today I am getting threats asking for exam fees, my account is in areas and they handing me over, I PAID CASH FOR THE COURSE AND THE CHILD HAS NOT BEEN STUDYING SINCE I CANCELLED ON THE 01.07.2013 and now they demading end of the year exam fees that the child will not even be writing. I hope and pray that something gets done with Intec, they are taking bread out of our mouths.
