Bad Customer Service

I have been in correspondence with Unisa since the 16th of December 2012 regarding the application form needed for remarks of examinations. I have not received the application form required despite countless unanswered emails regarding this matter. Another concern is that after dealing with unhelpful staff in the myunisa department, my web registration error has still not been rectified even though screen shoots and explanations have been sent. This is very inconvenient as it takes two weeks to process registration and hence I am running out of patience and time. Please contact me to sort these matters out asap.
