I've become quite fed up with the lack of customer service at UNISA! Since their registration opened for the 1st semester of 2014 I've been waiting for a response about a query that's been nagging at me over my degree. It's taken them over two weeks to NOT respond, apart from the message that says they've received my email, which I doubt!

Along with that email went my registration, and as with anyone who is serious about their studies, the longer it takes them to give me feedback over my registration the less time I have to study...
After I completed the online registration, a message told me that it can take a minimum of two weeks to process my application. I did that application on the 25th of November, and we're already halfway through December!

My greatest complaint is the fact that I (and I'm sure many other students there too) have absolutely no faith in whether my queries are actually being read, which is why I generally hate having to send them any emails! Customer service shouldn't be this painful...
