UNISA's communication is INFURIATING

I've been trying to allocate credits from my 2008 year at University of Pretoria. After 4 (!!) years, I am STILL trying to get them to apply my credits. I send documentation and information and emails and emails and emails but only get AUTOMATED replies that they have received my emails and no personal response. I am SO INCREDIBLY frustrated. I should be well along on my Masters, but cannot finish this BA until they allocate my credits. I've sent all documentation, and everything that has been requested has been given... over and over again. The last email I sent I even went so far as to detail page numbers for each tiny module so that any could follow it. BUT no reply. {shocking}

I despise the way they've treated me and my case. Their new email system is the biggest botch up and their service/response rate is absolutely disgusting.
