I have sent countless emails to UNISA to get them to send me my official results for all the modules done and passed with them so that i can apply for credits and study at another College. She (Seipati) then sent an email for me to verify my details. I did. And asked her to rather email the information as that will b quicker than post. To this day im still waiting and sadly the college closes registrations next week. If i dont get the official transcripts by latest Friday... i will have to forfeit credits and do subjects i have already done and passed yet again.
