Application for credits -Marketing Management

I have already obtained my National Diploma in Marketing at the Cape Peninsula University of Technology. Before registration last year, I went to the UNISA Pretoria Sunnyside campus to inquire the credits and mark off which subjects I qualify for credits. On the date of registration, I have submitted all the relevant documents needed for registration including my ID, matric certificate, academic records, etc. There was a problem with application for credits, the consultant told me that before the institution can award me the credits, I have to submit the content syllabus from previous institution and email the document to their email address. I have submitted the documents last year and I'm still waiting. Last week, I went to the Sunnyside campus to inquire with to my application. The consultant called the credits dept and they said that I haven't submitted my academic records to the dept. I was so disappointed with the way I treated and not even a notification if there were any outstanding document. I was told that to process the credit normally takes a year. It was unprofessional and disrespectful for not responding to my emails and not picking up their phone too.
