Student number 49198769 refers. During the course of 2012 i requested exemptions for subjects previously completed at UKZN. i requested 11 exemptions, 3 have been granted ; 4 have been denied due to insufficent overlap in course material ; 4 subjects pending.
My intention was to register for the second semester of the 2013 academic year. Over the past few months i have been sending emails to Adhoc Credits almost everyday regarding the status of the pendng credits, and yet to receive a response.
Due to Adhoc Credits' disregard for my query, i have sent emails to other UNISA addresses requesting there guidance in this matter, i did not receive any feedback.
I have tried to phone the University, only to have the phone continuously ring and no answer.
The service that UNISA has offered is appalling.
With the commencement of registration on Monday 03-June 2013; this is extremly frustrating ; highy demotivating and a great waste of my time.
I am at my wits end and have no idea what to do and wish there someone to assist me in order to expedite my registration process.
please, someone help :(
