On the 18th of January 2013 I requested transcripts from Unisa to allow me to apply for credits at a international university, and I received a reply back on the 23rd of January containing another students transcripts.
I informed Unisa on the 23rd of January that they had sent the incorrect information and to send the correct information to me as soon as possible.
It's been 3 weeks now, And I have not received any reply from unisa.
