I have been trying to register online since December, and every single time i get an error saying that this or that is missing. Last week i went in person to get it sorted out and i was told that i would now be able to register online! I have sent countless emails, i have tried calling etc and yet to no avail nothing has happened. I cant just up and leave work to register in person which is why i need to register online. This needs to be sorted out and very quickly. I am trying to finish my coarse that i started in 2007.
This is not the first time that i have had problems with Unisa!!
THIS IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS THAT NOTHING GETS DONE CORRECTLY AND IN A TIMELY MANNER!!!
