Isn't this just ridiculous?
I've been waiting since 2009 for Leon Liedeman to provide me with a signed copy of the certificate for a course that I have completed with his company.
He has promised on numerous occasions to deliver and / or post the certificate and I'm still waiting.
There's been 10000000's of email requests for him to deliver on this seemingly insignificant task and I'm still waiting.
What would it take? Surely it's not this difficult?!
