Waiting on tax certificate

Hi

I am still waiting on my tax certificate for 2011 year of assessment.

I have made numerous phone calls, sent plenty of e-mails with no luck. The call center agent who assisted was friendly and said I would receive my certificate in 2 days and that one still needs to be created.

And I've been penalized by SARS for not submitting these documents. I have also seen numerous complaints on this site regarding this matter.

You can be as friendly as you wish, but if you don't deliver you will loose business.
