No Certificate despite passing course in 2012

I have passed my exam in 2012 & my company has paid for my course. I am required to provide proof of results whilst my company policy does not accept online result printouts from the myUnisa student portal.

I called in January and was advised a copy would be emailed to me the same day - I've received nothing. The lady at the time mentioned we should receive certificates in the post by the end of Jan. Nobody bothered to follow-up to check why i didn't receive a scanned copy of MY certificate either!
I decided to call back today, another lady tells me it will only come at the end of March! She promised to send it to me via email - I'd like to see whether this actually happens considering the lethargic attitude in giving us our earned certificates.

This is ridiculous! Nobody even bothered to communicate to us advising to expect delays sending the certificate, let alone acknowledge we have actually passed & tried to help out!

Pathetic UNISA! When you want our money, you're quick in telling us we cant attend exams!! Stop being a hypocrate!
