I don't even know why i bother to email unisa anymore. from now on it seems the only way i get responses are via hellopeter, at least I get assistance from someone helpful, i have no idea why UNISA did away with a call center if they will never actually help students via email...

I have paid half my fees and cannot afford to pay the other half till the end of June, but I noticed this when I logged onto my profile for my 4 exams it says: Cancellation - Financial,
but I am getting paperwork regarding exams and sms's so I am under the impression I am able to write exams, well am i or not?
Surely I cannot be cancelled for sitting in the exams? It's not a though I will not pay the balance I am sure there is a better way that just taking away a students Privilege to write exams?
if that is the case I really am disappointing in UNISA. its not as though I plan to run away... i think its sickening that you wont give students the opportunity to write exams especially if they have paid half the required fees...
