Access cards for Stelwart Simelane Campus

We have been informed that it is compulsory for those writing at the Stelwart Simelane Campus to get an access card. As I am writing my Honours CTA there I have to get an access card. I paid for the card yesterday and waited in line however their systems went down. They sent an exam pad for people to write their names on which was snatched away from the person in front of me. We were told to follow someone into a different room which I then did. I sat near the front of the door where he told us to sit and he proceeded to take names of people on the other side of the room who had arrived 1 hour after I had. I left the room because I was soo angry. I returned this morning at 7:15 where there were 38 people in front of me one of which arrived at 5:45. Instead of going by order of those who arrived first, they whipped out the list from yesterday and started calling names. When we went to check how the line was doing the queue was 3 times longer than it should have been because people who had just paid were joining the queue and getting their cards. The security gaurd was absolutely useless and nobody knew what was going on. I had to put my name on a list and come back tomorrow.
