Pushing friends to front of the queue

What started as a nice service ended as very bad service. A lady who was sorting out the queue, was impressively doing her job with a smile, until her friend arrived two clients behind me and there were 15 to 20 other clients in front of me. She nicely started a small talk with her friend, then asked her what she wants, she told her she will sort her out, two other clients came in behind her, she asked them to pass. The FNB lady then called her to Personal Banking room to get her query and documents, I then saw FNB lady giving them to a consultant assisting the other client and instructed her to attend to it once she's done with that client. Really FNB!!! I patiently waited for my turn, I must say i got excellent service from Thabisile Sibeko, She offered me other products available but was not interested because of other lady's service. Please can we get professionals assisting people on the floor, no one wants to stand in long queue.
