I had high hopes for the "new and improved" Nu Metro, but was shocked upon visiting over the weekend. We experienced endless issues. While waiting in the confectionary line, for example, to my shock we were approached by a beggar. The same beggar was harassing numerous other people in line with no staff member in sight to remove him. When we got to the front of the queue and tried to pay with our bank card, we were told that the only POS terminals were located at the far end of the counter, requiring us to stand in yet another long queue. While the staff member was walking over there with the card, she was writing down numbers on her wrist! This was of course a serious security concern and prompted us to pay with cash instead. Next, while waiting in the line to enter the cinema, there was more chaos with the ticket collector shouting out the names of movies that people were allowed to enter for and everyone else was expected to group up at the entrance, creating a massive bottleneck of confused customers. Couple all of this with 3D trailers being played in a 2D movie and it wasn't an impressive experience at all. There's a serious lack of control at this branch.
