Very bad service

I logged a complain in January for cancelation and i was told it will take 4 weeks. I am still waiting for a reply evn now.i called on 11/02/2013 as it was the forth week i spoke to Thando and asked to speak to Donavan she told me he was busy on the phone and that they only received my letter on the 22/23 Jan 2013.Donavan called on the 15/01/2013 and i send that letter on the same day.

I have been sending him e-mails and he doesn't respond, how am i suppose to know what is happening if i do not get feedback. He only send me an e-mail on 12/02/2013 stating that he will have an answer for me before the end of the week.

i was so happy but nothing i send him an e-mail yesterday, he never responded, what is really going on with this College. All i ask for is to get feedback so that i can know what to do. I even told him that i really needed to register somewhre else as i still have a chance..

Please help as i do not know what to do anymore. I really hoped to get something from them but they really dissappointed me. Never again with the time they waisted i could have done something somewhere else...
