We hired a private area at the club for a friend's bithday. We arrived at the club then found out the club lost the guest list. After waiting in the cold for a hour the guest list finally appears out of thin air! Then they made us stand in a long line. Finally when we reached the front of the line the bouncer decided that even if you are on guest list and dressed accordingly they said "you're not important people you can't go in" and they wanted to let half of our list in, than we all decided to leave because who would leave half of our friends behind?!
Please note that the guestlist was in fact booked and confirmed a week prior to the evening. Within our group noone was misbehaving or acted out of line or disrespectfully. The staff of Living Room treated us with no respect and caused a big mishap for our planned evening. What's the point of reserving a guest list when it doesn't matter? And more importantly what gives anyone the right to handle anticipated customers in such a cold and rude manner. Very disappointed will be sure to never push for anyone I know to have an event at living room.
NB: please note we do have proof of confirmation of our reserved guest list.
