Unisa
Registration still has not been processed

I have registered online at unisa website on the 18th of January 2013 and have paid the required fees.
The registration has still not been processed. It shows registration still in progress. It has been more that 3 weeks now. I have repeatedly emailed econ at unisa and have received no response, I have phoned unisa and they do not answer the telephone. I am concerned as the first test in on the 9th of March and i have not been registered and therefore cannot obtain the tut letters. Please can someone help.
