Registration not processed since 15th January

I emailed Unisa on the 4th January, with my first Registration query and I received a response on the 15th January, instructing me to complete a manual registration form and then fax / email it to 012 429 4150 / [email protected].
I emailed the completed Registration Form on the same day and to date, my subjects have not been Registered. I also faxed the form, hoping that TWO registration attempts might help.

I called 012 429 3929, who directed me to call 012 441 5700 for assistance but this number is CONSTANTLY engaged, as with many other numbers on the Unisa website, so this was my only next option.

This is a matter of urgency as I plan to do FOUR modules and by now I should be getting done with assignments. Your service and Technology needs to improve, so as to make this process easier, in turn, having an Educated Country!
