UNISA KEEPS ME IN THE DARK

I registered on the 19th of December 2012 on the My Unisa website. I paid the requested registration fees on the 3rd of January 2013. I registered timeously to ensure that my study material arrives early. I am still not registered. I've sent 18 emails as well as sms's to UNISA during the course of this year, unfortunately to no avail. The only reply I got was to say that the MY UNISA website is malfunctioning. I, ve faxed and emailed my registration through, but still I am not registered :( I am really frustrated because I have a full-time job and don't have time to go to the campus to sort out my registration.
The lack of response is PATHETIC!!!
