Completion of Degree

Hi.
I have been trying for weeks to get information from UNISA regarding my graduation with no luck.
I have tried calling the number on the website and all they have advised me is that they only do a batch of graduations a day and they dont know when they will get to mine.
I find this very frustrating, that after studying with this institue for a numbers of years, they make the final step so difficult. This was suppose to be a time of enjoyment, but they are making it miserable.
Can you please assist with confirming my graduation.
