I have registered on the 7th of January 2013 and paid the minimum amount that was expected. Always when trying to register online I seem to have a problem, and nobody seems to give me an answer when something is wrong with the registration (the registration will only read in progress). Even when spamming them nothing seems to happen for at least another 3 weeks if I am lucky.
I tried phoning Unisa on 011 4293111, when I eventually got thru to someone after trying 20 times he just cut me off after holding almost 10 min for him to "try" and assist by telling me why the registration is taking so long.
I have studied last year the second term and do not wish to wait another 6 months to further my studies.
And having to wait 3 weeks already and still not be registered is ridiculous, whats the point of online registration then if nothing seems to get done?
If someone can just help by finalizing my registration it would be great.
