To whom it may concern
I'm trying to register to do an LLB this year through Unisa. I registered on-line on Monday 7 January.
I then tried to pay my registration fee on-line with credit card and got the following error, "Updates backed out, Receipt created but no registration was performed, call 0124292844, Ref: 20130108-3392-055" I have tried phoning this number numerous times everyday but it just continuously rings with no answer. I then resorted to phoning the registration helpline and was told that they need my academic record (which was sent to them with my application last year) and that I should just mail it to the mail address on the website (there are many mail addresses on the website). I have sent a mail everyday this week to [email protected] and [email protected] and as yet have not received a single response. Please could somebody help as I would really like to finalise my registration and receive all my study material so that I can start working on my modules.
