I registered for 2013 studies via the UNISA WEBSITE. My registration status (on MY UNISA, is "in progress" since 26th Nov. I send several mails and sms's to escallate the problem. To no avail. No tracking is available for my registration on the "tracking tool" on the UNISA Website so clearly there is a problem with my registration. The feedback I received was general feedback stating "the overall registration problems has been resolved - please register again" - whick is NOT applicable to my problem. In all the mails I send I was specific to what the probloem was - so, my mails was never even read by UNISA. They simply just reply a general reply instead of just looking at my profile? I need my registration to be finalised, I need by study material to start my 2013 studies. I took a day off work adnd eve went to UNISA Parow Campus to register there and they were also offline?? What happens when registration closes and my application has ot been processed? Will I be denied my studies this semester because of UNISA's unacceptable system problem? I need to start studying! i am already a 3 weeks behind as I work full time!! PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME
