AWAITING HANDLING AT SECTION FOR THE PAST 3 WEEKS?

I REGISTERED ONLINE FOR 2 NDP MODULES ON THE 7TH OF JAN. I HAVE BEEN TRACKING THE STATUS DAILY EVERSINCE. I DECIDED TO MAKE PAYMENT ON THE 25TH OF JAN HOPING FOR A TURN AROUND BUT NOTHING. ITS TRULY DISSAPOINTING THAT WE HAVE PAY FOR SUCH IN ADEQUATE SERVICE. I HAVE NOT RECIEVED ANY CORESPONDENCE FORM UNISA INFORMING ME WHAT IS GOING ON. ITS WAY PAST THE DEADLINE NOW AND I HAVE NOW REALISED THE ONLY WAY TO GET THROUGH TO UNISA IS THROUGH HELLP PETER. SO KINDLY INFORM ME WHAT THE PROBLEM IS?
