UNISA DOES NOT REPLY

On Friday the 4th January 2013 I tried registering online to resume my studies after a few years being out. I was unable to, as it stated I had outstanding fees. There is no call centre anymore (which is really daft), I e-mailed UNISA on Monday the 7th January 2013 to enquire the fees owing so I could make the payment and have the ability to then register online for the coming semester. Till now I have had no response. The closing date for registration is the 25th of this month and I just cannot get any feedback from UNISA about my fees owing. They dont seem to want my money, so should I look elswhere in pursuing my studies? This new e-mail/SMS sytem they have employed is pathetic to say the least, other then that I would need to physically go to their offices to sort out my problem, which is a real pain as I would then need to take time off work & stand waiting in their endless ques. Just reinstate the call centre so we can call and sort out our issues, its not like it was a free call anyway, we were paying for the calls and the convenience. Please just tell me what I owe so I can make the payment & register, btw I have never received a statement in 4 years Student no. 36341630
