I sent an email to Unisa ([email protected]), on 13 December 2012, enquiring whether I qualify to enroll for my Master's degree in International Politics. Secondly, I saw on the website there is a requirement to complete a module in research methodology (HRPSC82) BEFORE I can be admitted to / allowed to apply for admission to the Master's Degree. I have not yet completed any module in research methodology. I need to know whether I first have to enroll for HRPSC82 year or not. If so, I would need a quotation.

I emailed again on 14 January 2013 as I had no response and it is futile to try and call someone there!

Kwanele replied to my email by stating that "Your satisfaction is our priority.

Herewith find the information on the attachment, kindly be advised that you need to meet all stipulated requirements.
Application is currently open for admission until the 15th February 2013.

You are most welcome to call our Institution for any assistance should any need arise"
What I got from her was the general information, when I needed specific information. AGAIN I emailed on 17/Jan, without any response!
The deadline for registration was 15 February. I have lost a year.
