I am disappointed in the GCRA! I contacted them on Monday to query about my brother's bursary, I spoke to Cyliah who seemed to be in reception, she transferred me to Jane who told me that she will refer the mater to Dineo and she will get back to me, I was never contacted. I decided to call them today and I was told Dineo was busy on the line, I left a message and she hasn't contacted me as yet. My brother is really confused of what is really going on and very worried if they are still going to sponsor him as they are giving him the run around now, he already paid registration fees at the chosen institution. Education is important and should be taken seriously! Hope I will receive urgent feedback on this!
