Bursary Application Centre

I met Eugene Le Roux, student advisor, last year January at his Bursary centre in Cnr Highveld & Monument Rd Kempton Park. Eugene deceived me by giving me false hope. At the end of 2012 He guided me to persue my dream by studying Art at Tuks the University of Pretoria for BA Visual ART& Fine art. He told me he had a bursary in place in June through HCI Foundation he called the bursary the Baxter Bursary in reference with the Baxter Theatre. I handed a portfolio in, he claimed it was Baxter theatre requirements. I got a call back saying I need to be on a flight to Cape Town for the interview, when the day came Eugene told me the other candidate`s father died in Upington and the bursary is almost mine. The interview commenced in the Southern Sun Hotel in O.R Tambo after the interview he told me" I`ve got the Bursary", all I need now is paperwork and a student number. Afterwards Eugene went MIA for a couple of months. My mother phoned the University only to find out he had done this before profiting on registration fees, Courier fees for my artwork. I`ve waisted a whole year. This is a Warning To fellow Matriculants not to make the same mistake as I did.
