Awaiting finalisation of registration

I submitted my registration form online on the 23 January 2013 to do my Postgraduate Diploma in Taxation, paid my fees in full and submitted my results from the previous institution I attended.

To date my registration has STILL not been finalised. I've sent countless emails and contacting the offices does not help either. I was told that I would be contacted soon as my query was forwarded on but have still not heard anything.

This is pathetic service from the biggest tertiary institution in the country!

I hope somebody can resolve this matter for me. My student no. is 53605950.
