Intec College
Cancellation - not getting it resolvced

My student number: 2020603034 GJ Hechter - cell NUMBER: 066 233 7804

I signed up in March 2022 with Intec College.
I've requested cancellation on the 22nd AUG 2022. On the 23rd August I email the cancellation dept all the documents as they requested. From this date till now - no feedback, no one talk to me.

Reasons for cancellation:

1. My student portal took about a month to be opened.
2. Once student portal was opened - It took me 3 months to get Academics to add two subjects - they forgot to add.
3. I've done formative assessments - not yet marked.
4. I did online assessments - once I submitted came back "Not permitted" error. I requested numerous times for assistance - no one comes back to me.

I want to cut ties with Intec completely please. I will rather go and student different platform. Ive been deprived in educating myself by Intec - no one helps you or bothers to assist you.
