In 2010 I subscribed to Intec for the Senior Certificate course which was to be the very last time this course was offered due to the Dept of Education changing the curriculum. I arranged to pay for the course in 12 installments. I ended up paying for the course in full within 6 months. In the mean time, Intec failed to provide me with the study material in time and I missed the chance to write the exams as a result of this negligence. After paying off the course in full I started receiving demands for payment from Intec. I contacted them and sent them proof of payment more than 10 times over the last 2 years. In January 2011, I eventually got hold of a manager at accounts and she promised me that she would update their records. Yesterday I received a letter of demand from a collection agency on behalf of Intec. I contacted them and told them that have paid Intec in full a long time ago. I bought a credit report from Transunion and found that I have been blacklisted by Intec. The date of the blacklisting is 6 months after I spoke to Intec management and a year and a half after I paid Intec in full for the course I never got to complete. AVOID INTEC LIKE THE PLAGUE!
