I have requested a complaints form and it is my intention to obtain a complete cancellation of our contract with Intec and obtain a full refund as it has become clear that it is impossible for Tiffany to complete her Grade 10 successfully through Intec. This is due to negligence on the part of Intec i.e. misleading information prior to signing the contract, withholding of essential information regarding CASS prior to signing the contract, unnecessary and extreme delays in the provision of Intec materials, extremely poor communication from Intec, as well as integral problems with the curriculm itself, extensive details of which will be provided.
We have logged many, many queries at Intec most of which have not been responded to and none of which have actually been resolved by Intec in a satisfactory manner. We have found the service delivery for High School students to be of an appallingly bad standard.
