The Training & Empowerment Academy (TEA) is a women led NPO, established in response to the alarming high unemployment rate among youth, esp youth with disabilities.
TEA’s Skills Development Team has over 37 years combined experience working in the vulnerable groups sector, viz youth and persons with disabilities.
Our Vision: All young people (esp those with disabilities) are inspired and equipped to realize the future they want
Our Mission: to empower youth for employment and entrepreneurial opportunities.
