On the 1st of February I got the shock of my life when I saw R299.99 debited from my account. I called FNB and I was told that Stratcol debited my account on behalf of Zingzilla. Mind you I have never heard of Zingzilla, I called Zingzilla and spoke to Mxolisi Dlamini who took my details and promised that someone from enquiries wil call me back. He even gave me an email address to send my complaint to. 6 days later Zingzilla still no respons and they are no longer answering their calls so I called stratcol with the intention of speaking to the manager or someone to explain to me how their got authority to my money. I spoke to constance mashiya who had me on the phone for a few costly minutes trying to call Zingzilla and she got no response either like I told her. I want stratcol & Zingzilla to prove that they had authority from me to take my money or bring back my money. I think Zingzilla is an outright company and stratcol should have the decency to get proper back-up (proof) from their client Zingzilla before taking peoples hard earned cash.
