Zingzilla does it again and continues to debit private accounts without the bank account holders knowledge. Look at the sheer amount of complaints on this website alone! They have to be stopped. They have debited my account since December 2012. Went into FNB and they say they change the codes every month. Have had the bank place a stop order but have to go in and get yet another debit from this company reversed every month! Waste of time, petrol and money! I have contacted Stratcol who has contacted Zingzilla for a response... nothing! Day light. Close to R1000 they have taken already. Apparently all banks are aware of the problem. Report them, they have to be stopped!
Thembi Mnisi was the consultant assisting from Stratcol whose number the bank first gives out. They state they are just the collection facilitator for various companies. I do believe the requests should be authorized beforehand, or at least to notify the account holders of their intentions. Small claims court - here we go!!!
