Debit order misunderstanding

I had noticed a debit order from my bank account for an amount of R299.99 which was unfamiliar to me and left me fuming so I called my bank who advised my that Stratcol had debited me, I then called Stratcol who informed me that they have collected on behalf of one of their clients, ZingZilla. I immediately called up ZingZilla and advised them of my concern, I was told by ZingZilla that I would be contacted within a few hours with the outcome of the investigation. Within an hour I received a callback from a very polite gentleman who advised me that they are a call center marketing a lifestyle product and that a certain person had contacted me on a certain date and I had agreed to their package, I then recalled the sales call and agreeing to this product that seemed quite interesting to me at the time. I was a bit embarrassed due to the fact that I was initially rude to the consultants. I apologized to the young man, who was extremely helpful. Credit definitely needs to go where it is due, thank you to everyone who assisted me and tolerated my rude behaviour and thanks for clearing up the confusion.
