They, however, have debited R299.99 off of my account. It was debited this morning before 8am
I verified this information with Stratcol
I want a refund and I want a guarantee that they will never debit my account again
I have contacted 031 828 1620 and 031 301 4933 several times. The only success I have had is being cut off several times and hearing the engaged tone several times
I am not in the habit of giving away my money. I want a refund of the R299.99 and bank charges refunded immediately
Unless proven otherwise I see this as a case of against my account and have verified with the ABSA hotline that I can open a case against them at the police station. I am going to do this if my query is not resolved timeously
