Terrible service and rude superio

On the 15th of January we purchased books for a school at the above mentioned publisher, we called on the 18th to follow up if they had received our proof of pavement, they said it has not reflected on their side, we 're sent it and they promised to give us feedback. We called them again a few days later because they still had not given us feedback, we Spoke to a lady by the name of Danielle who said she actually forgot to follow up and will see what she can do for us.. Now we are running a business here and the department wants to know why the school still has not received their books. I was refereed to Gary Hart who is supposed to be Danielle superior, he is rude and has no sense of what customer service means. He told me yesterday being the 04/02/2014 that the books will bechurried over night and I will get them the next day. I call today and he tells me that I'm not his only customer and if he should create a vehicle to transport my goods. He really has a nerve to treat a cash paying customer like... he gave me Mearl who was the only person willing to assist, I hope she teaches Gary what it means to render a service. Thanks Mearl, .
