William Boucher should be fired from his current position.
Apon first registration, William Boucher was very quick to reply with emails and numerous phone calls regarding payment. But as soon as the payment was made, that was-then the end of the story. is the 04 th of February now. And still no books has been delivered.
I have called William a number of times and each time his reply is " I am working on that right now", or he had to contact head office in JHB.
Why.. I dont know. When the colledge is in PE.
He cannot fulfil any of the agreements made telephonically and via email.
I have paid for the month of January. But my son did not even recieve any books to start. Damelin is pathetic. They are just after your payment. And then don't really care what happens next.
So I paid for a month.but for what??

I want a refund.and asked william boucher to five me contact details for finance department.
But still waiting for his reply.
They can not just take peoples money for granted
