I am utterly disappointed in Milpark Business School. This is the 2nd week that i have received NO response from them. No sms or email!! I have made numerous calls both to the Cape Town and to the Melville offices, the consultants either have no idea or pass the buck to another department. I then spoke to consultant in CT yesterday and she advised me that my books are being dispatched up until now i haven't received anything.
I then phoned Melville today and a consultant advised me my 2013 registration hasn't been captured... So what is the real story here? What gets to me is, My husband that applied last week, already received his books yesterday and I'm still waiting for a simple sms and some sort of direction as to when i will be registered and receive my books. This is really pathetic service
