We Submitted a claim. We were told we would be paid out. That was three days ago. We also requested a letter for another issue, but have not received that letter. William was dealing with this claim and letter. The response time is pathetic. William does not reply to his email, alhough I get a read receipt. I try call the call centre. Only get the sales consultants who can send him a mail to call us back. Tried that twice today and no response. Treid to call his direct number, just rings. My image of King Price has dropped. If this matter is not resolved soon, we will be forced to look at other insurance companies. One would think that William is the only person dealing with claims. King Price is very quick to get a sales consultant to call you back for a quote, but when it comes to claiming, that is a whole different ball game. Utterly frustrated.
