From my first enquiry with Emilio at the Cape Town office, through to dealing with Hardy who met with me to measure and quote on a Saturday morning (unheard of in many industries!) and yet again after hours at our convenience to finalise the contract, we received friendly, professional, efficient service and advice. Hardy was there on time on Monday morning and introduced the project manager, William and his team. I was given all contact numbers, the intricacies of the job and our requirements were again discussed with William and from there on everything happened as it should. William was fantastic and went the extra mile in every single way. Nothing was too much trouble for him, his son Mikhail and their team working on our job. William paid great attention to detail in every way and was reliable, committed, dedicated and left us with a fantastic, neat, tidy and functional end result which exceeded our expectations.
